Charlie Cutler is a fourth-year undergraduate student at the University of Toronto with a specialist in political science and a minor in urban studies. His current focusing on the link between corporate board members’ individual campaign donations and Canadian federal government procurement activity.

Charlie's academic interests include urban public policy and the relationship between government promises (and their fulfillment) and elections.
