Joanna Fan is an undergraduate student studying public policy, political science, and applied economic analysis at the University of Toronto. Her academic work focuses on economic policy, public sector governance, and the political economy of public institutions, with emphasis on how policy design and administrative capacity shape distributional outcomes.


Her broader interests span economic policy, parliamentary behaviour, and the role of state capacity in shaping long-term socio-economic trajectories.
