Leah Wolfe
Graduate Student
Leah Wolfe is an incoming Political Science Masters student at McGill University. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto Scarborough. Her focus is on the intersection of outer space law, international security, state behaviour, and global institutions.
Broadly, she is concerned with the insufficiency of law as a mechanism for preventing conflict. She is currently researching the motivations behind the United States’ retreat from traditional institutions and forums for cooperation in the pursuit of the peaceful uses of outer space. Her research aims to investigate the broader issue of the fragmentation of cooperation in outer space regulation and its consequences.
